About Attorney MacLachlan:
Attorney MacLachlan is an experienced trial attorney practicing throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire for
ten years. He has extensive experience representing individuals in all aspects of criminal law, divorce and
family law matters, and general civil litigation. Attorney MacLachlan also provides counsel on various
construction and business issues that companies encounter every day. He has been a member of the Committee for
Public Counsel Services' criminal defense panel for several years working throughout the courts of greater
Boston.
Prior to co-founding MacLachlan & Allen, LLP, Attorney MacLachlan worked as general counsel and project manager
for Baybutt Construction Company. He acted as counsel and lead representative in their international bidding
efforts in the Middle East, Europe and South America. Attorney MacLachlan clerked at the London law firm
Patterson & Brewer while in law school.

About Attorney Allen:
Attorney Allen is an experienced trial attorney who has been practicing law throughout Massachusetts for ten
years. He has extensive experience representing individuals, families and businesses offering comprehensive
counsel and guidance in multiple areas of law including divorce and family matters, civil and criminal
litigation, and construction and business matters. Attorney Allen is also a member of the Committee for Public
Counsel Services' Children and Family Law Practice representing families in matters involving the Department of
Children and Families.
Attorney Allen is an active member of the community acting as vice chair on the Salem Affordable Housing Trust
Fund's Board of Trustees. He has participated in the Lawyer of the Day Program at the Essex County Probate and
Family Court. He is a member of the Chamber of Commerce, Salem, Boston and Massachusetts Bar Associations as
well as the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys. During law school Attorney Allen clerked at the
Massachusetts Appellate Tax Board and later was hired by KPMG, LLP as a tax attorney and business consultant in
their tax consulting practice. Attorney Allen served in the Massachusetts Army National Guard for eight years
during college and law school.
